businesses & non-profit organizations in the Pocono Mountains
of Pennsylvania and to raise scholarship money for the ESU School
of Business.
Rules: Any business or non-profit
member of the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce is eligible to
enter the Bizzy Awards Competition. Each member of the Chamber will

all ballots, which will represent 20% of the vote for each category,
with the remaining 80% from the committee. The Top 5 nominees in
each category will be announced in August. Winners will be announced
at the Bizzy Awards Ceremony in September.
Participation: Participation
in the Competition constitutes an agreement by each Entrant to comply
with the Chamber's Rules. All decisions of the Chamber regarding
any and all aspects of the Competition shall be final and binding
in all respects. The Chamber reserves the right to change and/or
waive the Rules at its sole discretion. The Chamber reserves the
right to cancel the Competition if it determines, in its sole discretion,
that fraud, technical failure and/or other errors have compromised
the integrity of the Competition.
Entrant to Indemnify Chamber: The
Entrant agrees to indemnify the Chamber for all damages, liabilities,
claims, costs, charges and expenses, including, without limitation,
reasonable attorneys fees that the Chamber may incur as a
result of any claims relating to Entrant's participation in the
Competition.
Limitations of Liability/Waiver: By
entering the competition, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes,
claims, causes of action, judgments and awards against the Chamber
arising out of or connected with the Competition will be limited
to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred not to exceed the amount
of the Entry Fee; (2) Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim,
(i) punitive, incidental or consequential damages, (ii) any and
all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and
