Entry Guidelines:
Entry Guidelines: All entry forms must be accompanied by an entry fee of $35 per cate-gory entered. Businesses may enter as many categories as desired, however a $35 entry fee applies to each category application. Checks payable to Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce or use credit card below.
All supporting material must accompany the entry form. Pictures and/or images as well as text documents must be on disc, flash drive or submitted electronically to: producer@bizzyawards.com and these digital files are preferred-.jpg for pictures, .doc for documents. Items submitted cannot be returned.
Entry Deadline:
All entries must be received at the Greater Pocono Chamber of Com-merce, 556 Main Street in Stroudsburg no later than 4PM Friday, May 28, 2010..
