Entry Fee:
$35 per category
Entry Guidelines:
All entry forms must be accompanied by an entry fee of $35.
Attach any supporting material to the entry form.
Pictures or discs may be placed in an envelope attached to the form.
Businesses may enter as many categories as desired, however a $35
entry fee applies to each category application.
Checks should be made payable to Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce.
Entry Deadline:
All entries must be received at the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce,
556 Main Street in Stroudsburg no later than 4PM Thursday, May 29,
2008.
Please submit one entry form per category entered.
